4. Payments & Billing

All payments made to GrowthX are for marketing services, including campaign setup, management, and advertising spend.

Once a campaign has been initiated, payments are non-refundable except in specific cases outlined in our Refund Policy.

GrowthX does not guarantee specific numerical results, as performance depends on multiple external factors including:

  • Audience targeting
  • Content quality
  • Platform algorithms
  • Campaign budget

All outcomes are variable and cannot be assured.

6. Platform Relationship

GrowthX is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, or any other platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrowthX shall not be liable for:

Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the services.
